Cancellation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days, without giving reasons. The notice period is 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the template withdrawal form printed on the explanatory page, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

If you have requested that the service be commenced during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

I am aware that in the event of complete fulfillment of the contract by the broker, my right of revocation will be lost (section 356 para. 4 of the German Civil Code).
